1. About Us

Ocean Seafarer eSIM provides prepaid eSIM data plans for seafarers and travellers. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

2. eSIM Delivery

• eSIM QR is sent via Email/WhatsApp within 5-60 mins after payment confirmation
• Customer must provide correct Email and check device compatibility before purchase
• eSIM activation starts from first network connection at destination, not purchase date (unless specified)

3. Device Compatibility

Customer is responsible to check eSIM compatible device. We provide compatibility list. No refund for incompatible device if customer did not check.

4. Data Plans - FUP Policy

Our custom plans are 1GB/2GB/3GB per day high-speed, then unlimited at 1 Mbps FUP as described on custom-plan page. Speed depends on local carrier.

5. Prohibited Use

No misuse for spam, illegal activities, tethering abuse violating carrier policy.

6. Limitation

We are reseller of carrier networks. We do not guarantee 100% coverage or speed. Network depends on local partners in each country.

7. Changes

We can update plans/prices anytime. Already paid orders honored.
